6. Google User Data & YouTube API Services
Our application uses YouTube API Services to provide media management, video scheduling, and analytics features. By connecting your Google or YouTube account, you agree to the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
Data We Access:
- Channel analytics such as subscriber count, view count, and video statistics.
- Video files uploaded by you for scheduling and publishing.
- Authentication tokens required to maintain the connection.
We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the core functions of our platform.
Revoking Access: You may revoke our access at any time via your Google Security Settings page. Once revoked, all stored tokens are permanently deleted.

7. TikTok API Data
If you connect your TikTok account, we may access permitted data including profile information, analytics insights, content metadata, and data required for scheduling or publishing content.

You may revoke access anytime through your TikTok account settings.
8. Facebook & Instagram API Data

We follow Meta Platform Terms strictly and do not share data with third parties except as needed to operate core features of Social Bhumis.
You can revoke access via your Meta Business Integrations dashboard.
9. X (Twitter), LinkedIn, & Other Platform Data
For additional platforms, we may access analytics, profile information, publishing permissions, and media data required for scheduling, analytics, or account management features.
Tokens and permissions are deleted immediately if you disconnect your accounts.
10. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, improve site functionality, and analyze performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but certain features may not work properly.
11. Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or meet legal obligations. If you disconnect a platform, we immediately delete all associated tokens and access rights.
